Every journey with me is a holistic and deeply personalized experience. I don’t use a cookie-cutter approach because every woman, every human, and every soul has unique needs, stories, and rhythms. My process blends intuition, science, and metaphysical wisdom to meet you exactly where you are.
I draw from a rich toolkit that includes yoga and breathwork practices, Reiki and energy healing, Ho’oponopono and EFT, as well as my training in metaphysical sciences and complementary medicine. Each session or ceremony is designed intuitively, combining modalities to support your clarity, healing, empowerment, and alignment with your highest self.
At the heart of it all is the sacred space I hold for you-where you are seen, supported, and guided to reclaim your power, honor your divine feminine essence, and embody your sovereignty fully.

ABOUT ME
I’m Natalie, an ordained metaphysical minister, healer, and guide devoted to helping women and anyone who identifies with feminine energy awaken their inner goddess and step fully into their sovereign power. I have a Master’s in Complementary and Alternative Medicine (Holistic Nutrition Concentration), a Master’s in Metaphysical Science, and a Doctorate in Metaphysical Science.
I’m also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with advanced training in yin yoga for women’s health, a Reiki practitioner, and certified in Ho’oponopono and EFT. With this rich foundation, I create sacred spaces where transformation, clarity, and empowerment unfold naturally.
My work is rooted in the belief that the divine feminine lives within everyone, just waiting to be honored, claimed, remembered and embodied. Through ritual, guidance, and practical tools, I help women and anyone who identifies with feminine energy, reconnect to that energy, embrace life’s transitions, and live with courage, confidence, and grace.
